All the info sounded like this product would take away my bags under each eye. I followed the directions and used Cumabalm twice daily for nearly two months. There is absolutely no change with the puffy bags under my eyes. The pictures that were shown in this add is NOT what happened to me. As said by this company I would like a full refund for BOTH OF MY ORDERS. How is this handled?
It did not work for me. They asked me to continue it for 90 days which I did. They required that I send in pictures for their no-hassle money back guarantee which I did. They kept blowing me off. I ended up having to dispute the credit card charge to get my no-hassle money back guarantee refund.

I expected it to erase my bags completely which might not be realistic. It helps a little with hydration but the bigger puffiness is still there. At least it’s gentle and easy to use.
I’m skeptical of eye creams, but this one actually feels gentle while giving me results. My puffiness is less and my concealer doesn’t settle into lines.
