Shipping Protection

We ship all orders from our centrally located warehouse in Texas, USA.

We offer Free Shipping to all of our (orders above $70), with a few exceptions such as Hawaii, Alaska & military bases (shipping for these locations starts from $4 depending on the product and weight). We ship using FedEx or USPS (and sometimes a few other partner carriers).

US: 2-5 business days

Worldwide: 7-10 business days 

Failed or Missing Delivery:

If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to the absent cooperation of the customer, we will try to deliver it the next business day. After 3 delivery attempts the order will be returned to us, and there will be a reshipping fee.

Tracking & Estimates:

You'll receive tracking when your order ships out, usually within 1-3 days after the order is placed (unless it is a pre-order). Shipping times listed are estimates, and can not be guaranteed as delays can happen, although it rarely happens.
